Cancellation Policy
Session Start & Punctuality At the scheduled appointment time, the client agrees to join the Zoom call and begin the session. Both the coach and the client agree to start and end each session on time. Late Arrival If the client arrives more than 10 minutes late to the coaching session, the session will be considered canceled and the client will receive a 50% refund of the session cost. Rescheduling & Cancellations All sessions must be rescheduled or canceled at least 12 hours before the scheduled appointment time. If a session is not rescheduled or canceled with at least 12 hours’ notice, the client will receive a 50% refund of the session cost and will need to book a new session. (Monthly package cancellations will be determined upon request—please email info@leidyestefhany.com.)
